This is not a very big place but was a wonderful and enriching experience all the same. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! A wholesome experience that supports a good cause. Definitely recommend coming during the show times where they bring out a live owl. Those times were 11 & 2 on the Saturday we went.

Had so much fun and learned so much during the International Festival of Owls! The staff at the center are wonderful! So knowledgeable and they care about their owls so much! Jo was amazing and had spectacular owl calls!

My friends and I went to the owl festival. What a delightful event. The staff at the owl center were friendly, knowledgeable and inclusive. We saw Jo give an owl demonstration and they did an excellent job sharing information and keeping audience attention and engagement. They also have very impressive owl hooting abilities. Goals! Looking forward to coming back and learning more about owls.

Was there for the big event weekend they had 4 different types of owls there. And the speakers seemed knowledgeable. Wish the burrow owl was on display but for the large crouds it was deemed that she/he may become stressed.

Visited the International Owl Center in Houston MN yesterday. Wonderful experience. The volunteers/staff are informative and love sharing what they know. The exhibit isn't very large but they do a great job of educating young and old. Gift shop had tons of items to choose from. The photo opt of "holding" an owl—genius. Fun place to visit. I highly recommend.

The staff at the International Owl Center are excellent and take great care of the owl ambassadors. Their demonstration is very well put together and they are able to engage audiences of all ages, so regardless of your age if you love owls, want to see them up close, or want to support the center you should go visit!
